+1 For Vehicle Licenses!

The Problem of not having Vehicle Licenses:
You see every time a car spawns in = MORE LAG! To decrease the amount of cars in the streets and not having to do so much clears all the time I bring you the one and only...VEHICLE LICENSES! When Vehicle Licenses come to PHRP, the more realistic the server will be. I think this will also make people buy less cars because they would have to buy a license which means they have to pay more for their car(Unless they rich AF.) LESS CARS = LESS LAG!

How it will work:
Alright so I'm thinking of a new building to buy licenses(Instead of keeping it in pre-made structures.) The building is going to have a side for Gun Licensing and another side for Vehicle Licensing. Alright lets go back to the Vehicle Licensing. For each car you spawn in or buy, you have to get a license for it. Example: If it were a truck, you would have to get like a license for it and the pricing of the license will depend on the value of the vehicle. If the person does not have a license for there vehicle, then a police officer has the right to arrest the person and take away there vehicle until they get a license. If they refuse to not get a license or they just don't have money in general, then the police officer has the right to Impound the Vehicle(Destroy it!) The Police Vehicles do not need licenses.

Seems like a lot, but from what I've seen the developers can do on pandahut. It can be done -scaryjoe911

Vehicle licese? What about driver license (rlly buy a licende for all the vehicles u use? + driver license is mor realistic)

Drivers license and they should have a system to where if someone runs a person over it gives them a penalty or a reduced time to when they have to rebuy it so drivers are forced to be cautious

Or ban that person from entering vehicles for a moment and even remove their licenese

Yes but then people who jump into people would cause a lot of problems and we need to make room for those kinds of people when it comes to a type of warning system

*New spawn runs in front of car gets drivers license removed and banned from driving* --- yea this is not a good idea
*New spawn runs in front of car gets drivers A warning 1-6 and a 1 hour penalty on their drivers license timer -- this is much safer for drivers so they have more chances to improve their mistakes and tbh some people come on the troll so we need to make sure the drivers don't suffer because of them

Hmm. Not sure why you think it would be considered "trolling". May you please explain why. Maybe I'll edit some things you don't understand.
