It's the criminal role set and the good role set. Other roles are just neutral.
But what about weaponsmith?
Paid to assist (getting ammo for the raiders)

Bandit raid:
bandit,kidnapper,druglord,hitmen
assist in the no cooldown and paid to assist
doctor,bodyguard

Police raid:
rcmp captain
assist only
rcmp ,rcmp deputy,Police Chief,SWAT

Now they should be more role for the police raid or even better set a role that can assist with police the raid should be fair.

doctor's and bodyguard's can assist in police raid's too but the police sucks so no one wana help them :>
