Police chief can buy squad cars and police launches where as the lower ranking role known as swat can buy police helicopters (a much better vehicle compared to the others) which I think is not right. I think SWAT should be able to buy helicopters but also chief as well.

all the good roles (rcmp, cops, swat and related) should be able to buy the police car
