Added "Vehicles stored within a building labeled as a dealership do not require license plates" so dealership owners don't risk their cars getting impounded
Added the Obery to prohibited vehicles as many players have complained about it being obnoxious
Removed beer, pint of beer, red wine, glass of red wine, white wine, glass of white wine, sake, and glass of sake from prohibited items so that players can still enjoy alcohol, but disallows the use of higher alcohol concentrations.
