I said niggardly once, and the bot muted me thinking I was saying the N word. I pm'ed a staff memeber the word, as he unmuted me, the bot muted me right after because I said the word in the pm.

I know and it means something along the lines of not generously. But without the context of the word being used how does one know it wasnt in attempt to bypass?

I mean… with no proof from either sides and stories clashing I would I unmute him but since I can’t it’s up to you.

Hey,

We do have a plugin that mutes you for saying certain words, although it gives you three strikes in chat before muting you. If that happens, you can reconnect to be unmuted, but eventually it will kick you and ban you automatically as you keep on using foul language.

In case you are stuck muted on a particular server, please reply with your SteamID64/Steam Profile link as well as the server where you are experiencing this issue.
