i have made 3 player reports. the first one like 3 months ago and it got concluded 3 weeks after i posted it. the second one i posted it like 1 month ago and never got a solution
and the last one i made 2 days a go and i NEED a solution for this one.

Hi there,

I've gone through a few Reports and have finished them up based on what evidence and information we currently had, some reports ended up being invalid for certain reasons.

There are multiple reasons as to why Player reports are left open some of these reasons are:

. It's the holiday periods and Christmas has just passed, Staff members might be out with their family celebrating and enjoying themselves.

. Normal RP Moderators do not have permission to end Player Reports unless instructed by the Topic Owner or a Higher up staff member. (SuperMods+ have permission to finish Reports and accept/decline Ban appeals.

. Staff may not know what to do with the report as it is complicated and could take a while to actually deal with, some staff leave reports that are difficult to finish to Higher Ups and we are very busy with in-game administration that we do not always have time to visit Ban appeals and Player reports.

These are a few issues but hopefully we aim to clear up the Ban appeals and Player Reports in the next couple of days which could lead up to a week max (Hopefully).
