i bought my rank around 1:45 PM 7/14/2017 but i don't have it idk the average wait time but if someone can tell me that would be great

Please give us the ID64 you put down, there is a good chance you put down the example one.

Fixed!

If your currently in a Pandahut server, you must simply reconnect. If not the next time you login you will get your rank.
