After reviewing the rules moderately, I was wondering if the following actions are allowed since it doesn't specify:
-While being a Kidnapper, Am I allowed to force victims to drown or make them go underwater and put a oxygenartor with limited fuel to make them drown at some point.
-While being a hitman, and you already killed someone. And someone gets a hit, and they try to kill you, are you allowed (While they are shooting at you) to self defend and kill them. (While in the cooldown)
Because it wouldn't be fair to just take it.

In addition, while being a guest to a base, a kid closed the door and gave warnings in chat for me to leave (I couldnt). Thankgod I was recording, I told him and he said he was "lagging" and apologized while letting me out.

Is this allowed? It's not specified in the rules.

1. First question would be a little harsh but if the police/civs have not paid it then I guess you have full right to kill the person. Pritty brutal way to put a end to it but I suppose what ever takes your fancy.

2. It is announced in chat "hitmansname is on the prowl for a new it" if this has not been announced and someone with a hit on them trys to kill the hitman I would count it as KOS there for the hitman had every right to shoot back and self-defend.

3. It would be creating a KOS zone. Notify staff asap using /adminhelp and they will sort it out. This is similar to "trap bases" and if any are made they can and will create KOS zones there for this is not allowed.

Thanks man. This is how I classify them other mods/admins may have a different opinion on things!

1. You can only kill the hostage if:
* You have given 3 warnings and player does not comply with your warnings.
* If player breaks out of his cuffs while in your base or kidnapping cell.
* Player can die of hunger or thirst but cannot be forced to drink/eat anything.

You cannot force the hostage to move into a certain area that endangers his life for no reason. Your main goal as a kidnapper is to get paid, killing the hostage is the last resort.

2. If you've killed a player with a hit, you must wait 30 Minutes before claiming another hit. The broadcast "(player) is on the prowl) let's everyone know that you can claim another hit. However if a player with a hit on them tries to kill you then you have every right to self defence.

3. If they close the door and there is no other way of leaving the base and they start to warn you, use ./adminhelp to get staff assistance and they will deal with the situation accordingly.
