I,m almost finished building a base, its a 5x5 base surrounded by a huge wall of 17x17. I have a group of 12, half of them are at school/vacation. So I was wondering, is offline raiding allowed? If so, 1.2 Million bamboo down the toilet

Offline raiding?
As soon as your place something down that looks like a base it can be raided, as long as they used the ./raid command they can do whatever they want to the base.
(Well not everything but there are certain rules).

But to answer your question yes offline raiding is allowed.
