Hi, I recently bought MVP for $20 so I could get the credits, and I had already purchased MVP+ in the past, but they still set my rank to MVP. They took away my shadowstalker kit and my other kit, which I think was a maple strike. My steamid64 is 76561198083399246. Thanks.
