I reported the player OrangeFOX here, http://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=10761, and he is still online and not punished after being supposedly dealt with. Can someone explain please?

I was the one who dealt with this. I did give them a punishment. They all received a 2-3 day ban. I don't remember how long I banned them but i did ban them. IF they continue the player disrespect they will be getting a permanent ban.
