Hello,
The issue was that you entered your incorrect SteamID64, then once we fixed it, you proceeded to refund the purchase once you received your items. Please speak to your parents, Grandparents, or legal guardians about this. One of them was responsible for refunding your rank, so we were forced to remove it.
