Alright, so i got told to make a new topic. If i needed further assistance.
So, basically, someone gave me a Shadowstalker MK.II on PandaHut#4. I can only use this on one other server, none of the others. (I only play on Washington PVP servers). I would love for someone to come up with an answer for this, thank you for your time!

He might have bought it back when it was on the shop. It's a very rare item to have. It'd keep it if I were you. :p

There are different vaults for PvP and KitPvP, is it possible that the other said Washington servers are KitPvP?
