i bought vip+ but only got 100k+

Greetings,
Did you purchase VIP+ straight away or did you upgrade from VIP to VIP+? If you upgraded, then you will receive the amount of bamboo from VIP+ - the amount of bamboo from VIP. In this instance for the PvP servers you would receive 180,000 - 80,000 = 100,000.
Another thing to keep in mind is that on RP servers you will receive less bamboo than on the PvP servers, for a full list of the perks you receive for the RP servers please look below the PvP perks where it says:

Nowhere does it say you are supposed to receive 300k for purchasing VIP+, it clearly states you receive 180,000 for the PvP servers and 100,000 for the RP servers, therefore I'm confused to why you believe you should receive 300k.

sorry lol, it was like that during christmas time, it was 380k, OR my friend got 300k, another person got like mvp for bying vip. its pretty weird.
