Ok so I'm not only going to just say like why i was banned I'm going to explain my whole story so i apologize for this being long.

So I was playing on the #10 pandahut roleplay server and i was at a kitchen or diner or something in Seattle and i thought it was a good spot for a base. So when i was there i saw a guy that was a builder on world chat that was willing to build bases for money. So after talking to him i told him my location on the map. Which i do believe was stupid as me cause then people might rob me and stuff. But then after they arrived, 2 guys came through with a bluntforce and i think and a butchers knife. I was scared so i jumped out of the kitchen or diner and ran to the back. I told them to get on the ground multiple times, which they didnt but instead ran towards me, and then i shot the guy with the bluntforce a couple times until he died. The guy with the knife continued to follow me so i shot him 2-3 times and then he hit me once with a knife and i died. That raised a question to me but i may have desynced and all his hits counted as one, happened to me beforebut still sketchy, i dint yell or call him a hacker or anything tho. Then when i went back there was like 5 guys there and a guy with the beginning of the name that sayed boop or something was on my side, keeping people away from my stuff. So i grabbed all my stuff and thought id help diffuse the situation. some guy then came and took a bunch of someone else's stuff, and after boop warning him atleast 3 or 4 times, boop killed him. Then he said, anyone else want to try?? and then someone with a rifle shot him, i then returned fire and killed him. Then a guy with the name apc killed me. I then returned to the location and someone was yelling at me to not pick up the stuff, and someone else was saying that it was their stuff now and that got me pissed because i worked for the past 3 days grinding for that stuff, but there was another guy telling me not to grab the stuff, which i didnt know was an admin xD. But i grabbed my gun off the floor and tried to run around the corner but i was shot. i then was kicked by the admin and i cant remember what he said as his reason but it was basically him saying stop if i recall. But my computer does this weird thing like when your server has 22 people and i try to join it says that the server is full so it took a while until there was 21 people. When i joined someone told me that they thought the admin was checking the logs so i returned to where everything went down, and surprisingly, all the stuff was gone and so was everyone else. So i thought u know like lets wait for the admin to come back on. About 5-10 minutes later the admin teleported me to him and like 5 other guys and i was bleeding because a zombie was chasing me right before he teleported me. So when i asked for a bandage someone sayed whos bleeding. I sayed noah (Which is my name xD) and i think he was looking at everyones names to find mine. I was then shot and then kicked from the server AGAIN and the reason was KOS!! i was pissed after that cause i obviously didnt kill anyone. And then when i tried to rejoin there was 22 people again! so i had to wait till there was 21 again on the server so i could join back. Finally i could join back and it sayed i was fucking banned. Not happy and would like this fixed. I love your server and i want to play on it! Also kinda pissed at the admin for kicking and banning me for kos when i didnt kil one person and i was the one that was fucking killed!

You claim in your statement that you didn't kill anyone so that the KOS ban was unjustified, yet, you clearly state you killed two people, and attempted to KOS another. Sure, they might have came in with guns and a knife, but that doesn't really give you the right to yell at them to get on the ground, which sounds like a robbery I might add, and shoot them when they refuse to do so. The guy you attempted to KOS on, guy with the knife, could have ran at you because you just shot and killed his friend.

Now of course I wasn't there, so I can't go from what I seen, just what you stated, and from what you stated, sounds like you murdered two people. Good Luck with the Ban Appeal.

What i was basiccally saying was pretty much a robbery but they were coming at me like they were going to kill me, so i shot them. Not to mention, im pretty sure that wasnt the reason why i was banned. Also, why did they tp me to them then kill me and then ban me? that i didnt get either

So you were robbing them when you told them to get on the ground? If so, then you may have broke the rule of engagement towards actually robing someone. You have to give one warning in chat (typed), and at least two others by voice before you can open fire on them, not before those three warnings. They had a right to defend themselves, so if they were coming at you during a "robbery" they had that right. Reason I'm telling you the 3 warning rule is because sounds like you didn't have much time to react, or type it out to them before they started to come at you and you shooting them.

You stated that you were banned for KOS. You also mentioned that a Mod was there towards the end, telling you not to take anything, which you did. So you weren't listening to the Mod.

I'm not a Mod, nor do I know which of the Mods banned you, you will have to talk to them. But it's possible that they found you were guilty of KOS so they tp'd you to them, and killed you then banned you. Mods tend to kill those that are about to be banned, so them tping you to them, or them tp to you, it's all the same.

well yea mod or not mod i still wouldve taken the stuff cause i worked so hard for it lol, and i wasnt about to type in chat for them to get on the ground cause they were trying to kill me. Just didnt want to die u know xD

I get that, I do, but when a Mod is taking over the situation, you have to stop and listen. No one would have taken your stuff, the mod would of made sure of that.

Either way, you also broke the rules of engagement on the robbing. And opened fire on people when you weren't in the clear to do so. So the KOS ban was justified.

lol but that wasnt why they banned me for kos, idk why they banned me for kos, and if i typed in chat to get on the floor i wouldve died xD. Also, there was someone taking my stuff anyways and im pretty sure the mod was on his side bsaically saying it wasnt my stuff anymore, and there was no way to know he was a moderator but idk that was my first instinct cause like 4 people were pointing guns at me xD.

goin to bed now so i will check this in the morning, not really asking u to believe me that much, i was just hoping i could play on the server again, i love playing on it!
