Negative Balance after Refunding

I refunded my rank for multiple legitimate reasons, and I now have a negative balance. Was this done on purpose or an accident? Thanks :D
Purpose.
You refunded and lost all your Donation money and all of the perks.
When you refund something at walmart you have to return the product right?
That's how it works with us too.
You lose your rank and all perks if you refund.
