I don't get the correct pandahut salary, I should be getting

So I upgraded from a VIP+ to and MVP+ a while ago, I've noticed I got all my perks I should've get besides the 1,000 bamboo per hour. Instead of 1,000 bamboo per hour I am receiving 500 bamboo per hour, Could you please help me get this fixed?

500+500=1000 Per Hour
