I feel like even if the slightest thing happens and a tiny rule is broken the first thing moderators resort to is to permanently ban them. Why not talk to the player make sure he understands what he did wrong and try to fix it. or even a day ban to teach them a lesson. To perma ban someone from all the PandaHut servers for one mistake is extreme seeing how pandahut has the best servers on unturned. Im just curious why this is the only solution to problems.

We usually give everyone a 2nd chance besides some people that don't deserve it.

I've noticed a lot of bans off breaking a rule people didn't know about. But a lot of the time these days it's just a one day ban for them to read the rules and know how to play by the server rules. Perm ban's are handed out to a select few that don't deserve to come back. And as Miku said, Pandahut does give out a lot of 2nd chances to those that deserve it, and those that don't, well they stay banned.
