Transfer Bamboo from RP to PvP and Arena

Hey, is it possible to transfer my 480k from RP to the PvP servers? Here is what I was thinking.
400k to PvP
65k to Arena

Hey man,
We can open exceptions here and there for transfers between PvP and RP, but no for Arena.

Oh alright than, can I also get that 65k also transfered to PvP than.
