I have emailed ragna (over a period of 3 weeks) 5 times but i still haven't gotten any response. I really want my bamboo back :(

Please by patient I'm sure you will be compensated for soon. You see there was a lot of people who also lost their money and loot.

Hey! I apologize for your problem and hopefully we can get this dealt with. What server did you lose your bamboo on? Arena servers? RP servers? PvP servers or kit PvP servers? Please let us know because it will help us resolve this problem. Thank you!

contact@pandahut.net they'll most likely get the message and you'll get your bamboo, please put your Steam64 ID, and your amount of bamboo
