I was just wondering if its ok to use mods and workshop items on a pvp server for instance server five which is a washington pvp server. I dont know if they are allowed or if i will just get banned for useing them.

Well I know server 5 is Vanilla so by downloading mods "Client Sided" they will not work on a vanilla server since it has to be "Server Sided", so to sum it up the server must support the given mods / mod otherwise it will not work.
