This means the map has probably been updated. Try closing Unturned letting it download the update from the workshop and let it start up again

The Isle of Wolves III map has been updated last night, we were unaware of this although we have now updated the server to the latest map version therefore you'll be able to join the server without any issues now, thank you for letting us know.
