I bought the MVP rank yesterday and when I go into arena my name is blue and it says MVP rank activated but I don't have any bamboo and I can't use any commands.

Our database shows that you have tried logging in to Server #14, which is Arena. As stated on the front page, Perks exclude KitPvP, Arena & Vanilla+ servers.
Please try connecting to any PvP, Modded, or Roleplay server in order to claim your perks. Please reply to our email in case you need further assistance.
