I just wanted some clarification.

Is MVP and MVP+ a permanent rank?
In VIP and VIP+ in the descriptions of the rank, it says that they're a permanent rank.
In MVP and MVP+ it only mentions you get permanent guns.
I was thinking about buying MVP but didnt want to buy it if it was a membership type of rank, where you have to pay every month or so.

Where on VIP and VIP+ Does it say they are permanent but not on MVP and MVP+?
