I upgraded to mvp+ and i did not get 880k like it said im supposed to. I got 440 k. Was i only supposed to get half?? If thats how its supposed ot be thats kinda dumb.

Did you log onto a PVP server or a roleplay server?

When you upgrade from one rank to another, you get the difference of the bamboo. You already had 400k bamboo from buying MVP, so when you upgraded to MVP+ you got the difference in bamboo (880k-400k)

Yes it does state that quite clearly. Please read the description of what you are purchasing before buying it.


You already got 400k for MVP ($20), and now by purchasing your upgrade of $20, you get another 480k, totaling the same 880k that any other supporter receives from getting MVP+ straight off the bat. If you were to receive more from upgrading your way up than from getting MVP+ off the bat, everyone would just upgrade, and the Member Rank system would not be fair and balanced.

If you want, you can get a refund for the mvpplus upgrade.

Unfortunately you would not be grated the refund, as the product description perfectly matches what you claim to have received.
