Can't connect to servers #6-#14

I restarted my internet, and searched pandahut with 'any' as the search preference for everything. I only see servers 1-5, and 15-24. My friends were in #10, and I tried joining through steam invite. I get a page saying "Server not responding" or something of that sort. Any help?
