Rest assured, you are not banned from the server. You could try verifying your game files. One way to do that is via your Steam library, or by clicking here.

If that does't work, you might consider unsubscribing from all your Unturned workshop content and trying to join the server again.

Make sure Unturned is closed when you do the steps above.
