Hello, I need a little help about the situation of my 3 friends. I stood up for them because they can't speak English well (so am i) and they're my amigos too. So yea, according to them, they can't join in any Pandahut server. I'm wondering why, can anyone check their status? If they are banned, just let me know the reason why.

Hello,

[ACE]*Dark*King* was permanently IP banned under a different account for Racism. His IP has been unbanned and he should be able to join.

As for your other two friends, we have no ban records for them. Please have them send us their IPs to contact@pandahut.net so that we may search for any outstanding IP bans they may have.
