Hi, this is bubblegumcrysis69 and this is regarding mybamboo

I just recently came back to the server, and I distinctly remember having close to 3 million bamboo from farming mvp+ everyday --literally 200+hours on your server :)
I asked around today and some people told me that you guys accidently wiped the server money from people, so can you help me out please

Hello,

There was no wipe whatsoever. This was a database glitch and the only people affected by it were those who got a Member Rank between January and February 2017. Any new players who arrived in that time frame also had their balance rolled back to what it was in January 2017. We remember you from last year, as well as your permanent ban and its ban appeal, both of which are still in our records. As such, we can assure you with 100% confidence that your balance was not affected in any way by this database glitch and thus there is nothing to refund nor to restore. The window for requesting balance restores has also expired, as this glitch happened quite a few months ago.
