Unturned rust Custom Barricades Asset Missing

So my friend is getting this error when joining any rust server, it's saying he has a missing custom barricades asset that's needed for the server, and he's tried to validate his server files and uninstalled and reinstalled unturned. Any tips on how he can fix it?

Hello,
I used to get this error as well. The only way I could fix it was by reinstalling Unturned altogether

The only way I fixed it is to unsubscribe from all mods. This is the only way I fixed it. Good luck!
