Rank and Money Gone on PVP and Roleplay

I have not played on Pandahut RP in a long time same with PVP and I noticed that when I logged on I had 30k and my VIP+ Rank was Gone My previous Balance was 130k This was the same on PVP servers but on some I had VIP and others I had no rank or money. I feel like this problem was handled in the past but because of my resent lack of activity on Pandahut RP and PVP I do not know if this has been fixed for most members. My friend he is a Chrome and Had 1million on PVP is having this problem but his rank was not removed but only his money. I ask that I can get this fixed and have my rank and money returned to me. My friend will have to send a thread him self.
