Pandahut 16 needs structure wipe

Me and my friends were trying to play on Ph 16 today and everything was fine the game was going fine we got a bunch of kills nothing special, then we get to Seattle and that place let me tell you is a nightmare for your fps, due to the massive amount of placed structures, there are too many plates everywhere and whenever you get close to Seattle, usually I don't complain about fps drops when they're normal for me but all my friends and other people on the server were experiencing these problems inside Seattle, please clean it up so the game can be enjoyed <3
