Unturned Wont Start#103759

Everytime I Go to start unturned a my game says "not responding" then a message pops up
Its either "Memory Cannot be read" or "Memory Cannot be written" does anyone know the cause to this? if so please comment

Could be a lack of RAM, how many games do you have in your steam library?
