Look i was told to use my own account instead of my brothera account, but one problem is that my MVP and Bamboo is on the account and i want to know if you can give me MVP on my new account and take it off the other account?? please i spent money on that.

Possibly not as it's all a little fishy, theirs nothing to prove that you are not your "brother". You could just be the same guy from a while ago trying his luck again with an application.
