Role Timer Resetting

Hello, Every time I reconnect to Pandahut #10, I try to change my role to /role mvpplusbuilder, However the role timer keeps resetting to 10k seconds. The other day it was at 1459 seconds and now it has reset back to 10k seconds. Please can you do something about this?
