Pandahut Network Forums

I was banned on Pandahut 10 (RP Server) for CDM (Car Death Match)... I didn't even participate in CDM in any way, except that I ran a person IN THE ROAD. Even a moderator in-game told me that what I did was completely legal. (Mod: Jayy ; He killed me when I was in the road and told me it was fair game because the rules said so.) Your RP server rules say and I quote: -Do not CDM (Car Death Match), this means that you are NOT allowed to kill anyone with a vehicle, not even with a reason. (Note: If you get killed on the road then it's not CDM, it's your fault for being on the road!)

I present this evidence just to get my ban appealed. But if I am guilty for any reason, I'd just want to say that Jayy, the moderator who did the same thing to me, should also be punished for doing what I did and telling me it was legal.

You and Jayy both swerve into people while in the road which IS CDM, I recommend making a ban appeal and a report on Jayy. This cannot be taken as a ban appeal. You gotta use the correct subforum and format mate.

This is the wrong forum subtopic and the wrong format.
First i was talking to the person u killed. Second I WATCHED U SWERVE into him. which is not allow. the rule is if they cross the road and they run in front of u then its not the drivers fault. But CDM which is what u did is against the rules. and i have another witness to prove u did.
