when I click buy now it brings me to my papal and I don't know what to do from there

What internet browser are you using? The buy now button only works on Google Chrome. The buy now button should take you right to the merchant purchase screen. If it doesn't, try another browser.

Yes you will automatically get them. If you are in game right now, you must first relog in order for it to process.
