Giving MVP+ to someone else.

I was told in March that after the 20th I could give my MVP+ to a friend. I would also like to give them all my bamboo. I believe he already has MVP+ so this should make him chrome.

As stated in his other 2-3 threads, he doesn’t play and wants to give exotic all his bamboo and rank. I believe That was the underlying rule that was created
