I did not receive my VIP+ and I am pretty damn pissed, I did not pay $10 to not receive my perks. I put in my steam ID and it didn't give me shit on PandaHut. Did I get ripped off? Probably because I never got shit for paying

Hello, our automatic donation system works 100% of the time if you enter your SteamID64 correctly. I checked your purchase in the database and you entered 7656119818993865 which is one less character from being a proper SteamID64. I can further assist you if can PM me on the forums with our correct SteamID64 or your steam profile link.
