I recently upgraded to MVP+ from MVP, I purchased it yesterday and did not receive my in game rank, I am still MVP my steam ID is 76561197977736539 and that is what
I typed.

Ah, It seems that for some reason Paypal never sent us your donation. Seems to be a paypal issue. I have added you manually, Let me know if you have any other issues. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may of caused.
