Since, it is Semi-Vanilla does the VIP/MVP etc, does it grant anything for this server. As I know the kits/Vaults commands don't exist. And there is no shop, so the points do nothing. So does buying VIP/MVP grant me anything besides a donation to PandaHut?

Nope, on rp and pvp u get bb and kits and shit, but on vanilla everyone is equal
