Been bugged for almost an hour.

I was riding passenger side in a car with a friend, no long after I decided to log off. When I log back in I was glitched in the car and when I tpa or kill myself nothing happens and I still can't move. this is all on panda hut 6.

This has also happened to me, but instead, I was driving a quad when the server restarted, when I logged back onto the server, I was bugged and I couldn't get out of my quad. I tried to relog, I couldn't even see myself anymore as the washington map screen was permanently on my screen even after I logged into the server. Is there any way to fix this?
