ok so i appeal and asked for my ban appeal to be declined later on (the 20). I have reapplied on the 22 to get unbanned but i didn’t wait the 7 days. Do i need to wait until the 27th, or the 29th,

It is the date from the original appeal. So you only need to wait till the 27th in this case.
