When I try to connect on Pandahut 4, It say that I'm permabanned for hacker association but, since I appealed from my ban, my ban got reduced for 14 days only, and I can't see the ban duration left on my screen when i try to log in is that normal ?

You’ll need to make a new appeal, since you tried to use an ALT account to circumvent your ban. The ban will be extended otherwise.
