Take care of this player in PEI RP server

Hello this is SkylaPilot I frequent on the 2 RP servers 10 and 13 and I was playing on PEI and I was driving my car to Charlletown to gas up a car I found empty by the road I was driving out and a guy got himself into my car I warned him once he didn't get out and on the second warning he got out and shot and killed me. I called KOS but at this time Iost connection to the server and the server was full to join back. His name was Will with the tag of SWAT the logs can be checked around the time of 6:04 to 6:10 on the RP server on the map PEI I don't really care about getting my items back as most were standard issue in the MVP Bandit kit but just take care of this KOSer
