Losing xp on death again in kit pvp servers

For a long time now on ph15 and 16(kit pvp servers) we didn't lose xp on death but after this update it's happening again, don't know if it's intentional or a bug I would just like to know :).

Nelson messed with the config. It will be disabled next restart.

Just joined this morning on ph 15 and weapons have durability again, didn't die so idk if we still lose xp in death, is anything wrong with the servers?

This was fixed. Please let us know if you have any further problems.
