help with donations steam id needs to be changed

I recently bought vip+ it cost 10$ and when i complied my donation i but the rong steam id and i need it to be changed so i can get donation items. my steam id is 76561198201419517 and my paypal confirmation code is 368396370S403714P

Keep in mind your rank is not a donation, it is a rank purchase. Your steamid64 has been corrected. You did not pick any perm weapon, so you'll need to pick a gun from VIP+ perm weapons selection.

Hello this is me and you said add a weapon I chose it then bought a upgrade to mvp+ do do I only get the two weapons plus the vip* or all three
