I donated for VIP+ ($10) and haven't received it yet it has been 30 minutes.
Hello, I am guessing you were the one that donated with their entire steam profile link instead of just steamid64. This issue has been resolved, next time you relog you will receive your perks. In the future remember to only put the ending
