Pandahut Roleplay Server #13 PEI - Please take back my ban

I'm always enjoyed the server and didn't make any problem on the server.
However, I was banned from the server today. the ban message said that 'I was p;aying multiplayer' but It's not real.
Please check my all logs and solve my problem
