False Ban or?

I Got Banned For Kos on #10 Because i shot the guy who was running and i excatly typed this : Warning 1 Hands up If You Run I will shoot Pull Out A gun = Dead: Then He Told me I cant Do That And I Read The Rules Over And Over Again
For Both The Kos Rules And The Police And Arrest Rules yet im still not able to find this So Help Would Be Appreicted

What was happening during the incident?
Did you call the correct command while arresting/robbing said person?
Who was the mod who banned you?

These are the only things that are considered illgle on the server: Berries ,berry products, rails explosives, armed rocket launchers and rockets.
Therefor making you arrest false and your ban fair.

EDIT: It has been talked about making them illage for a while now, you may have gotten confused.

i dont remember i pmed an admin who was probaly a police captain and asked him if it was and said yes
